In your arrival reservations, write your plane’s landing time and your Flight code exactly as it is on your ticket. Our drivers track the plane from the flight code and know what time they will pick you up. They follow possible delays and take into account the baggage waiting time, and greet you at the airport exit gate with a piece of paper with your name on it.

You can cancel your reservations free of charge up to 28 hours before the transfer time.

You don’t need to do anything. Because we will track your flight with your flight number. We will receive information about your delay and follow up with that information.
Important Note: When your plane lands, our waiting time for baggage collection is 1 hour. Additional fees may apply for waits exceeding 1 hour.

Once you land, please switch on your mobile phone, connect your mobile phone to wi-fi which is provided at the airport for free. You may contact our call center and get information.

We advise you to put the pick up time (average) 4 hours earlier than your departure time for international flights, for domestic flights we advise (average) 3 hours.

We track your flight and get your vehicle ready according to landing time.

Under normal conditions, since transportation times are taken into account, you need to be at the airport at least 2 hours before the flight. For example, let’s say your plane departs at 08:00 in the morning, let’s assume that the transportation time is 1 hour, let’s add every possible contingency to the 1 hour, since there is a 2-hour check-in time from the airport, you should choose your return reservation as 04:00
